  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Welcome to CDIC Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Design Approval: Before printing, we will send a digital mockup for your approval. Once you approve the design (spelling, numbers, logos), CDIC Studio is not responsible for any errors found after printing.

    2. Color Variations: Please note that colors on your phone/computer screen (RGB) may look slightly different from the final printed fabric (CMYK). A 5-10% color variation is standard in sublimation printing.

    3. Payment: A deposit is required to start the design and production process.  Full payment must be cleared before delivery or pickup.

    4. Ownership: All custom design files created by CDIC Studio remain our property until the full payment is settled.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    1. Custom Orders:
    Since all our products (Jerseys, T-shirts, Corporate Wear) are custom-made specifically for your team/organization,we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer. Please check the size chart carefully before confirming your order.

    2. Manufacturing Defects:
    We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is:
    * Damaged or torn.
    * Clearly printed with the wrong design/color (different from the approved mockup).
    * Incorrect size sent by us (e.g., you ordered L but received S).

    Please contact us within **3 days** of receiving the goods. We will replace the defective items free of charge.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

    1. Production Time:
    Since every jersey is custom-made, our standard production time is 7 to 10 working days** after the design is confirmed and deposit is received.

    2. Shipping Methods:
    Courier Delivery: We use trusted courier partners (J&T, Pos Laju, etc.) to deliver across Malaysia.
    Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 days.
    Sabah/Sarawak: 3-5 days.
    Self-Pickup:** You can pick up your order directly from our factory in Kuala Lumpur during office hours.

    3. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
