SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our physical printing and manufacturing services are currently available exclusively within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping for physical products at this time.
SECTION A: PRINTING & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (SHIPPING)
01. Local Production Timeline Standard production for sublimation jerseys and custom apparel takes 7 to 10 working days after the final design approval and deposit confirmation.
02. Domestic Shipping & Couriers We ship to all states in Malaysia using trusted local partners: J&T Express, PosLaju, and Flash Express.
West Malaysia (Semenanjung): 1–3 working days after dispatch.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days after dispatch.
03. Self-Pickup Customers located near our factory in Malaysia may also opt for self-pickup. Please coordinate with our team via WhatsApp once your order is marked as “Ready for Collection.
SECTION B: DESIGN SERVICES (DIGITAL DELIVERY)
Our graphic design services are available to clients anywhere in the world. Since these are digital assets, there are no physical shipping costs or customs delays.
01. Global Delivery Method Finalized designs are delivered digitally. Upon full payment, high-resolution source files (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG) are sent via Email or a secure Cloud Link (Google Drive/Dropbox).
02. Design Turnaround Time Standard delivery for design drafts is 3 to 5 working days, regardless of your global location. For urgent international projects, “Express Delivery” (within 24 hours) can be arranged.
03. Time Zone Coordination Based in Malaysia (GMT+8), we coordinate with international clients to ensure timely communication and delivery across all time zones.
