RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to CDIC.Studio By placing an order with us, you agree to the following our policy

Printing & Production

01. Custom & Personalized Orders: At CDIC Studio, every item is custom-printed based on your specific requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any personalized products once the production process has started, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

02. Manufacturing Defects & Damages: We take pride in our quality, but if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric tear, sewing issue) or a major printing error caused by us, we will provide a replacement or a full refund for that specific item.

03. Claim Window (24-48 Hours): Any claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted via email or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos and videos of the defect along with your order number for us to process the claim.

04. Sizing Issues Please refer strictly to our provided Size Chart before placing an order. Since our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if the customer selects the wrong size. A 1-2 cm variance in sizing is considered normal in the apparel industry.

05. Color Accuracy Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen (RGB) to the final printed fabric (CMYK). Minor color variations within acceptable industry standards do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

06. Shipping Costs for Returns If a return is authorized by CDIC Studio, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the error was strictly on our part (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Design Services

01. Non-Refundable Nature of Services Graphic design is a service involving creative labor and time. Once the design process has officially started, payments made to CDIC Studio are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if the client decides to go in a different direction after work has commenced.

02. Deposit & Milestone Payments The 50% initial deposit required to start a project is strictly non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot in our workflow and covers the initial research and conceptualization phase of your design.

03. Revisions in Lieu of Refunds We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, we encourage using your three (3) complimentary revision rounds to adjust the design. A request for a refund based on personal taste or aesthetic preference is not valid once the revision process has begun.

04. Final Approval & File Delivery Once the final design is approved by the client and the high-resolution source files (AI, EPS, PDF, etc.) are delivered, the project is considered closed. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances after the final files have been sent.

05. Project Cancellation If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, CDIC Studio retains the deposit and reserves the right to bill for any additional work completed beyond the deposit value. All incomplete designs remain the intellectual property of CDIC Studio and cannot be used by the client.

06. Abandoned Projects If a client fails to provide feedback or communicate for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered “Abandoned.” Abandoned projects are closed without a refund, and a restart fee may apply to reopen the project later.
