Welcome to CDIC.Studio By placing an order with us, you agree to the following our terms
Printing & Production
1. Design Approval: Before printing, we will send a digital mockup for your approval. Once you approve the design (spelling, numbers, logos), CDIC Studio is not responsible for any errors found after printing.
2. Color Variations: Please note that colors on your phone/computer screen (RGB) may look slightly different from the final printed fabric (CMYK). A 5-10% color variation is standard in sublimation printing.
3. Payment: A deposit is required to start the design and production process. Full payment must be cleared before production delivery or pickup.
4. Ownership: All custom design files created by CDIC Studio remain our property until the full payment is settled.
5. Payment Fees: A standard 6.0% processing fee is applied to all transactions processed through our secure payment gateway.
5. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide high-resolution logos/instructions and are responsible for final proofreading before production starts.
Design Services
1. Project Brief & Scope: Clients must provide a clear design brief, including references, color preferences, and logos before the project begins. Any major change in the initial concept after work has started will be considered a new project and may incur additional charges.
2. Revision Policy: To ensure quality, we offer three (3) complimentary rounds of revisions (minor adjustments to the approved concept). Any further revisions beyond this limit or changes requested after final approval will be billed as additional design hours.
3. Quality of Client-Supplied Assets: CDIC Studio is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality files provided by the client.If the client provides logos, images, or branding materials, they must be in high-resolution formats (AI, EPS, or High-res PNG). CDIC Studio is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality files provided by the client.
4. Copyright & Ownership: Full ownership of the final design is transferred to the client only upon full payment. CDIC Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Turnaround Time & Express Service: Standard design delivery is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the complexity of the project. If a design is required urgently (within 24 hours), an “Express Service Fee” will be applied to prioritize your order.
5. Non-Refundable Deposit & Cancellation: Since design is a service involving time and creative labor, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the project. If the client decides to cancel the project midway, the deposit will not be refunded.
